Ladies Boxing FitnessImprove your fitness using fun safe boxing techniques. You'll be shown how to use a variety of boxing equipment including punching bags, floor-to-ceiling balls, speedballs, focus pads and more. The bulk of the class is a circuit so you will be able to work at your own pace. Bring a towel, drink bottle and comfortable clothing (that won't slip off your shoulder when punching). Time: Mondays - 5:30pm - 6:40pm Beginners welcome. |

Gym Circuit WeightsThis circuit training shows you how to use the weights in the gym. It targets all of the main muscle groups using about 12 different stations. These stations are changed from week to week, which makes this class a great way to learn how to use the equipment while you strengthen your body. Bring a towel, drink bottle and comfortable clothing to train in. Time: Tuesdays - 5:30pm - 6:40pm Beginners welcome |

Mixed Boxing FitnessThis class is the same as the "Ladies Boxing Class" mentioned above. The difference being that both men and women are welcome to come to this classs. It's a great way to improve your fitness and have fun at the same time. Time: Thursdays - 5:30pm - 6:40pm Beginners welcome. |
